I had taking the oath in Nov 2006
My son was born in April 2006
Jan 2006 Citizenship date is showing on the citizenship card

No. You didn't become a citizen until you took the oath, therefor your son was not a citizen at the time of his birth.

according to my info the new born child of the pr holders would be canadian if he or she is bron in canada ?

If your child was born in Canada then they are Canadian.
