Is it worth to order caips in case of rejection before applying again.

Hi All
I need advice with regards to CAIPS notes.
At present my ECAS status showing: Visa Office Eligibility Review Complete and 99% chances are rejection.
Just want to check with all members that Is it worth to order CAIPS notes before applying again in case of rejection.
I am note sure whether i can get full details of my previous case and reason for rejection.
