is it true that even you have baby born here and get married with canadian citiz

HI once again i am here..i just want to know about the truth saying that even you have a baby and get married here in canada ,if the woman is under live in caregiver does she needs to go back to her homeland after her work permit expires even she has a baby and married with canadian ?
I am worried becoz I am pregnant right now but getting married on april and i cant leave my baby alone here if i will go back to my homeland and wait my PR there,while my husband will process my papers.i need help.pls let me know. thanks.

It does not matter if you have a baby or not but if you have a Canadian husband and he applies to sponsor you for PR, you can apply to change your status to visitor while you wait for your application to get processed.
