just wondering if this is true,since i have friend her employer said that she cant have Civic holiday since she is just only a nanny that cant have this holiday?seems to me its a discrimination?what u think?and any idea that her employer said They will be having 1 week vacation and she is not supposed to work at home as its nobody is there and she will take her off too without pay..?they will deduct in her 14 days vacation?could this be fair?thanks in advance.
