I have all the citizenship documents ready and based on eligibly calculator I have 1099 days in Canada out of minimum required 1095.

I have seen here that mostly people are apply after a few weeks or months from the eligibility date, if I apply with 1099 days should there be a major concern?

You have answered your own question in that many people here would recommend having a month or two buffer no matter how confident you might be on the days. Ultimately your decision but in the scheme of things waiting a bit longer is not really a big deal given how long applications take but if you are confident with the 1099 days then go for it.

There are enough people with 1096 days that got their citizenship easiy, people with 1500 days that have been waiting forever, and people with 1094 days who thought they had 1096 but forgot a weekend to say : Noone knows. Every application is different.

You know your circonstances, you're the only one who can be 100% sure your days count is correct.
Your call.

Just to echo what Seym wrote....

Have a look at this spreadsheet for April 2018. There are people with 1095 days who have gotten their citizenship and there are people with 1700 days who are still waiting.
