Is it possible to get PN even if i didn't work or study in Canada before

I am civil engineer. My SRC is 300 or slightly higher. is it possible to get provincial nomination or not ?

This is important for me to take a decision because if i didn't get this nomination no need to apply for Canada, i will apply for Australia as it is impossible for me to reach SRC 450 or above

Please, If there is same cases please share your experience with me

YOU CAN IF YOU HAVE A JOB OFFER FROM PROVINCES LIKE NB, SK, NB.

YOU COULD APPLY FOR OINP IN ON IF YOU HAD 400+.

CHECK THE WEBSITES OF EACH PROVINCE IN CANADA.
