Is it possible that my application will be transferred to home country?

Hi,

I'm an international student in the U.S. I filed my PR app to Ottawa last summer. Now, since I'm graduated, I may have to go back to China next month. If so, will Ottawa transfer my application to Beijing?

There is no definite answer to that as CIC will decide.

If you move back to China, you should inform CIC about your change of location and address.

If you want your application to be transferred to Beijing, you can let them know at the same time, but it's their decision. They may decide to transfer your file to Beijing, or they may keep it in Ottawa - it depends on many factors, how far along you are in the process, where else you lived etc. - and lots of other things most likely that we are not aware of
