I have submitted my docs in jan 2011.
e-case--received by visa office.
At that time my experince was 3.5 year.
Today i m working in same company and experience is 5 years.

If i resign from my company should I must have to inform visa office about this?

Is it compulsory to do any job upto medical request?

After leaving my company i m joblees my verification is pending still. Will this affect on my case?

It is not compulsary that you do your job, but it is highly desirable that you continue having a job.

1. Inform the VO about your increased work experience. You can get 2 more points.
2. In case you decide to leave the job inform the VO about it.

Last but not the least continuing your job or upgrading it is much better as there is no garuntee when you get your visa or if you get your visa.(your application can be rejected or things can get delayed).
By being on your job you can do considerable savings for your future life in Canada.

Hope this helps

There is no need to tell your new employer about your immigration application.
You already got 5 years experience in one of the required fields.

Your new employer only need to verify that you work there.
If he gives you a letter than well and good.
