Is getting a medical request a good sign for visa approval?

Hi guys, I am a silent reader here. I am from the Philippines, 26 years old, applied for a study permit on November 23, 2021. Here is my timeline:

November 23, 2021 - Lodge my application, then AOR that same day
November 24, 2021 - Request for biometrics
November 27, 2021 - Biometrics done
January 19, 2022 - Reviewing eligibility and request for medical
January 28, 2022 - Medical done (but was requested to do sputum tests)
February 7-9, 2022 - Sputum tests done, negative on smear tests

My question is, is getting a medical request a positive sign for visa approval? I have been seeing a lot of cases where applicants received refusals instead of a medical request. Just worried about the status of my application.

Scheduled to do repeat xray on April 27, 2022. Can you share your thoughts.

Pretty standard so doesn't indicate much but you have passed the immediate refusal stage.
