Is Decision Made always a good thing?

Hello all,

I took my test on Friday in Vancouver, 20/20! Today I checked my application and the status was changed to Decision Made. Is this always a good thing? Are there instances in which a decision is made and the decision is bad?

They just changed the status; when I click on decision made, there is no new information.

In most of the cases I've come across, it was a good thing. The added fact that the decision came out shortly after, I'd say you are 99% guaranteed that it's positive and you'll be getting your oath letter very soon.
