Bcoz when I send my Msc from KSOU, the WES report came as Master's degree from non-recognized institution.

My friend who studied at IGNOU got evaluated as a recognised institution. That's an open university too. Sorry have no idea about KSOU.

Check the university list in WES website to see if it does credential analysis for this university.

If KSOU has lost UGC recognition then it could result in negative. Good luck to you and I hope you get a positive. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst. If you are married or have a common law partner, they could be the primary applicant.

If you studied here before 2012-13, the course is UGC recognised. Any degrees obtained after that is considered invalid by the UGC.

Hello Everyone,

i did some research yesterday and found the same answer as shashidhar_sm. I guess people recieving negetive reviews are the ones who have completed their courses 2012 or later.

can we have more answers on this by Shoeb (for his friend) and raknair about when they completed their degrees. this will throw some light on the topic.

dont get dejected bro. I spoke to some people in KSOU and they say they are hopeful of sorting the issue with UGC by March. I have not collected my convocation certificate from them, so im also stuck for now coz i cant get my M.sc verified.

Buddy,
KSOU is well recognized state open university in India,even it also listed in WES free degree equivalency tool,but recently KSOU loses recognition from UGC,don't know what will be the results of ECA from this University..

Some days before 1 guy also received his ECA report from WES for same university which is negative,I am totally shocked after read his report because I also applied for mine and its in process...

The only thing I can do,ie PRAY.. :'(
