Is adding my job experience letter 'absolutely' necessary?

I graduated on June 22 and have been employed since Jan 23. I have talked about my job in the SOP and feel reluctant to add the experience letter to the application. Getting this letter means spilling the beans at work a little too early and it may create 'complications' for me.

So, is that letter absolutely necessary and worth going through the trouble at work? Alternatively, is it possible that IRCC will get back to me if they think the doc is important?

Note that my mother is sponsoring my education so I don't need the salary slip either.

Well in my case I did add an experience letter as it is a proof that I worked at that specific institution. if you dont want to add your experience letter than you should probably put your salary slip in the application as you need to provide some kind of proof that you actually had a job as you mentioned in your SOP.
