Is a Transit Visa for UK required to Travel from MUMBAI to CANADA

Hello MEMBERS,
Is a transit Visa for UK required when we Travel from MUMBAI (India) to Vancouver (Canada)... I checked on the website when I was about to book my ticket to Vancouver from MUMBAI....
It says,
IMPORTANT -- Transit Visa for United Kingdom may be required for traveling on this itinerary.

As, the flight will travel Via UK and have 1 stop at UK... SO is a transit Visa required for UK or any other Country if my Flight has 1 stop..

No, a UK transit visa is NOT required..... because you have a visa for Canada

in uk if you arrive and depart in same airport [different terminals is ok] you dont need transit visa. otherwise you will need one.
