Hello

I lost my PR status (relinquished PR Card cleanly by end of year 2013) because I've been working outside Canada all the time
I filed and payed Taxes until 2013.
My wife has a part time job and we used to file Taxes jointly.
My Children are students above 18, no longer dependent.
We own a house (joint ownership, under mortgage) that we are renting out (landlord Joint contract with my wife)
We still use a joint bank Account for:
- Her day to day transactions, shopping, Hydro, mortgage payment, receiving income from House rent )
- We both have credit cards.
From Jan 2014, I've been entering Canada to visit my wife (which is still PR) under Multi-Entry Visitor Visa.

Q-1): Tax wise, with my new status (Visitor), do I still have "Ties to Canada" ? i.e shall I stop filing income taxes ?

Q-2); We are living in an Apartment. Shall I change the Aprt rent contract to her name as well as Hydro bill, Apart Insurance ...

Q3-): Shall I inform CRA about my residency status change ?

Thank you.
