And another thing to note here, Quebec does not calculate TCF Canada as the Federal Gov. If you have B2 in Quebec it is already NCLC 7 as far as your score is above 400 or 10. But in Fed, you end up with NCLC 6 if you score below 450+.

I'm not really sure that I understand your second point.
So my scores for the TCF are CO 557 CE 690 EO 11 and EE 9.
So I missed nclc 7 for only 1 point in EE. So at least for that area nclc 6.

One sadly thing is that for express entry I missed the 50 point bonus because of that. And I also missed the 50 points bonus in ielts because I got 6.5 in writing .

Kind of, my score should be more or less 530, but instead I'm at 422 only for a minimum thing in writing.


Anyways I'm tired of language exams, and I don't mind to live in Quebec. It's incredible how my French is good enough to give me a lot of points for a French province but it is not good enough for express entry.

I also took TCF and initially got CO: 480, CE:603, EO:9, EE:14 . I applied for revaluation for EO as I knew I definitely did better than that and they updated it to 15 . It's crazy that they changed it from B1 to C1 ( almost C2). So I would recommend you to seek a revaluation for your EE section. This is as I saw that in TCF , they are very hesitant to give 10 for EE or EO ( lots of other people got 9s ) . And also because chances of a score increase after revaluation are generally high for TCF .

I think you can do re-evaluation of your EE, I also did it and initially I was given 9, and it jumped to 13 and paid nothing.

I did the reevaluation, i was really confident about my writing but no changes at all on my side‍. Fortunately I didn't have to pay anything anyways.

Well, for a draw we should at least wait 2 or 3 more hours...

However there is a maintenance message in arrima for next week, and I'm not sure that it has something to do with the draws.



"Due to a system upgrade, Arrima will be unavailable on Monday, June 26 from 4:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (Montréal time)."

When I received the invitation, it was 11:31 AM exactly (local Quebec time). It is 10:15AM at the moment, so all the best to you guys
