My current situation is I am out of status, and cannot fly back to my home country as my flight tickets got canceled twice.
My husband decides to undertaking my sponsorship and submit spousal sponsorship application.
Should I apply inland or Outland?
If I apply inland, I am scared it will be a long processing time probably 2 years based on current situation. That means I cannot work or study for 2 years.
If I apply outland, I am scared, I will receive removal order. Under current situation, even I am willing to go home, I cannot. And I am scared to receive interview overseas before the virus is gone. It will be almost impossible for me to travel before the COVID gone.
Can anyone give me some suggestion?
