Hey guys finally some good news I received my aip about an hour ago so excited!!! When I saw the email I started panicking when I opened it I was jumping up and down my 14 month old started clapping lol was hilarious. Even though this is wonderful news I can't help but think of my dad was so close to seeing him again :-[ there's light at the end of the tunnel they are working!!!

From CPC-V I never got anything saying my file was transferred to CPC-M and when I called the call centre they said my file is still in Vegreville

Damn. That means there are still 0 updates from CPC-M. But good news for you! They are flushing out CPC-V it looks like.

Most likely someone on the forum will hear good news regarding AIP before CIC updates the processing times IMO.

Its very ironic that good news always heard first in this forum rather than CIC official "government" website. :-X

Thank you everyone, they received my application march 22nd,2013 and started processing it on April 12th. Then they requested more information from me on January 20th, 2014, I sent it in mid February and received first stage approval tonight.

Is it possible to mention what other information they requested from you? and how long it took them to sent you first stage approval after you have sent them those info?

My guess was mid of March And Next week already mid of MARCH and i am quite sure we gonna start listening good news by coming tuesday or wednesday ....stay relax guys
