initial application submitted at CIO

i have this question if anyone can help that would be great.
i submitted my full application but no police certificate as it said (donot send police certificate at this time) on cic's website. my bank draft was cashed but i haven't heard anything back its over a month. i have no idea what is going on?? is it because i didnot send my police certificate????

check out the 6/26 thread people will be able to answer your question there.. and it takes around 120 days to know if youre eligible.

You will be contacted by CIO within 120 days.(according people who applied after June 26.)

The delay is not due to PCC. PCC is not required at initial stage to CIO. If the draft has en-cashed then you'll get your AOR soon. Rest you can find on the following thread.

If your application is received at the CIO on or after June 26, 2010, you are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them. However, please note that if your application is placed into processing you must be ready to submit them to the visa office when requested.

don't worry buddy. u can submit it later...if dd encashed then no problem..hope u will get ur AOR soon.
