Hi,

1. There is a change in my occupation. When is the right time to inform it to CIC? I already have got PER. Should I wait until I get AOR from local visa office?

2. Though I have received PER, I realised there is a flaw in the dates given for addresses of last 10 years. Should I wait until I get AOR from local visa office?

Good idea to wait from local office for your second query.

first one dont bother changing. whatever was there at the time of the application is fine. people change job and roles CIC knows about it. if they ask u can probably tell them and give them proof but i dotn think so they would
