I have got admition in Seneca college for post graduation certificate in Documentry filmaking for SEPT intake. Before I had already paid my 1st semester fee by cash (wire tranfer)and took student loan for remaining fee. Now because of the new change of SPP to SDS I have to pay full one year fee for applying to Visa.
Can I pay my fee by loan now as I have to apply for my Visa this week.?
My IELTS score were 6.5 overall and not less than 6 in each.
