As-Sallam-o-Alikum i need a list of colleges in ontario or any other province which do not require ilets for admission ??

Mostly all the community colleges require ielts test untill and unless you have a evidence from the school that language of instruction was english

Most colleges/unis need some sort of proof that you are proficient in english and they list many possible ways for an applicant to prove their proficiency. Ielts is usually not the only way, proficiency can also be proven by Tofel, Olevel/GCE/AS/IGCSE english, SAT, ACT etc. It depends on the college and some even waive off the requirement as Jabir mentioned.
