Good morning, i am organizing a trip with a friend of mine for this summer in Canada, we are both over 18 from Italy.
We had read a lot about visa, we want to stay a month near Toronto and we applied to the site workaway.com that offers to contact some "host" that will host us, we are expected to help in the house, gardening, cooking, general maintenance and other types of helps in exchange of accomodation and food for 5 hours per day 5 day per week.
We want to know if help in the house in exchange of accomodation and food will be considered work and do require a working visa or it is enough having an eTa.
We want to be sure not to break the law and avoid to be rejected at the borders before booking the flight.
Thank you very much for your disponibility, have a good day.
