Individual Vs Dependant Application Processing

At this moment,our applicants are at some stage of processing. Would like to know, if the processing time varies for applicants who have applied as single applicant against the applicant who has applied with dependants.

In mine case, I have applied with dependants (wife + child) and am seeing that my case is not moving forward, after completing medicals and paying RPRF fees.
