India PCC - Need help in understanding the message written on the letter

Hi Everyone,

I had recently applied India PCC for PR and I received it today almost after a process of 45 days, its mentioned that "It is certified that there is no adverse information against..which would render him ineligible for Immigration Purposes other than citizenship for Canada" Does this mean approved or denied, I couldn't understand.

While I apply online application, I had chosen purpose as Immigration Purposes other than citizenship Is this correct or wrong for PR?

That's the correct one. That's the standard message if there is no criminal record.
