India PCC from Toronto

Hello Members,
We submitted our PCC on 11th May and with due procedure it went to the police station.
However, we selected a wrong police station due to the similar names. My family member visited the station and got it transferred to the correct one. As per police they submitted their report without any negative remark.
In a couple of days status changed to "police verifiation not cleared, application under review at consulate" The status is same for almost 3 weeks now.
We have dropped mails to pcc.toronto@mea.gov.in and chased multilple times but no response as yet.
Can anyone advise on this situation.

Hi Bharat, Did you get any reply after that? Did the PCC got verified with the correct police station later and sent the PCC to you.
Or you have to submit a fresh application and redo this PCC again with the correct police station?

Hello RamKumar,
Yes, after few days we got the reply on the mail from passport admin asking for correct police station and residence details. They re initiated the verification and it went through.
