Hello Canada Visa Forum,
I am waiting for my PR and moved back to my country waiting for it, saving some money.
While here, I found a job opportunity (Software collaboration) and they asked me how they can pay me. I was thinking of freelancing and I was wondering what would be the best option to achieve this.
At the moment I don't have a work permit and I am not working for a Canadian company...the job is in my country but I would like to invoice in Canada and keep paying taxes there (in particular, in British Columbia).
I read that incorporating for non-Canadians is not that easy, you need a Canadian partner...but what about sole proprietorship?

I want to add that this collaboration is temporary and I would like my future to be in Canada (as long as they approve the PR, I have worked two years in Montreal and then moved to Vancouver), paying taxes there I think is a good way to prove this as well...

So...which is the best course of action for me?

Thank you very much!
