Including parents into My Application

Dear All,
I am planning to apply for Canadian Immigration in the Skilled Worker Category. I am 32 yrs old single male. I score around 72 points on immigration points calculator. I am thinking of including my parents into my application. Someone told me that I can only apply for myself and after receiving PR (or perhaps Citizenship) only then can I start the process for my parents immigration to Canada??? Is that correct???

Secondly, does the processing time depends upon the number of persons included in an application i.e. If I apply only for myself will my application be processed faster???

Yes it is right that you can not include your parents now.
Second processing time does not depend on number of persons. It depends on from where you are applying.
