Inadmissible because of criminal record of spouse

Hello everybody, I don't know if you can help with this.
In case a person is inadmissible because of a criminal record of her spouse ( visa refusal because of this)
If they divorce, do you think she will still be considered inadmissible ?

No but you will have a hard time sponsoring your spouse/ex-spouse if that is your plan.
