In process status after employer verification call

Can seniors help me regarding this doubt that the ecas status is cahnged to inprocess after the verification call to employer/applicant or first it gets updated to inprocess and after few days we get the verification call from VO.

When the e-cas get **In Process** after that within few days you can expect verification call to employer.

but some applicants said that after your ecase change in to Received by visa offive, within 3 months they verify.

I applied last year in the mid, it has been more than 6 months to read "received by VO" but still no verification...

Reference Letter.
Employment Contract.
