I'm also in process since 11th april but the strange thing is that i never got a 6-12 waiting period letter or request for updated documents etc.

who applied after June 2010 they were not sent waiting letter..........as im directly in process since April 2012

I just got a wait letter. Nothing along with it.

I just received response from LVO, on CSE of dated Aug-2012

"We are currently awaiting the results of medical examinations for your family. The forms were sent to you in May 2012. Please respond to this email to advise if these have been received and medicals undertaken. If the forms were not received then they will be re-sent to you."

So far i have not received MR. Senior pls advice, case reviewer is JMR
Can i request to resend medical form in London, where my brother-in-laws lives, pls dvice

As advised mail them back that u haven't recieved the medical request yet and to resend it.

i too have been 'in process' since April 2012 - i'm a May 2010 applicant, via LVO and have been sent the 6-12 month wait letter. No news as of yet...
