I would like to ask the experts a question regarding the LMIA
I have entered the Job Pool, and I have a Employer who is ready to provide me with a Job Offer. He has no idea what LMIA is. How should I go about telling him what he has to do? Can someone suggest.!?
And If I already have a job offer, then what is the role of Job Bank for me? Does the employer needs to create a job ad and I should contact that employer through the Job Bank just for the sake of it? I am totally confused. Kindly Help
