In Canada Class PR- how to declare money brought from back hom

Hi,
Looking for guidance.
I came to Canada on visitor visa , and my Husband was a PR holder. We then applied In canada class spousal PR for me, through which I got a work permit but i haven't landed a job yet.
My spousal PR is at final approval stage. Since Im in Canada already, how do I declare money i want to bring from back home so its not taxable as first time PR holder?
Any inputs would be greatly appreciated,.
