I am sending Change to the Application for a selection certificate form A-0520-MA.
It's showing like Send the application to the immigration office responsible for your file: My Immigration Office mentioned in CSQ is Hong Kong. But, I saw this following news
Effective April 1, 2017, the Quebec Immigration Office in Hong Kong will repatriate its selection activities to Montreal and close its Hong Kong office. This is the final step in the Office’s plan to centralize all immigration processes. Selection interviews and the processing of files of applicants in the investor, entrepreneur and self-employed worker categories will now take place in Montreal.
According to an official notice from the Quebec Immigration Office, effective March 20, 2017, all correspondence should be sent exclusively to the following address:
285, rue Notre-Dame Ouest, 4e étage
Montréal, Québec, H2Y 1T8
Canada
