Please I need help with the below.
my mother had a PR but went back to home country due to another member health conditions and now PR expired and she did not meet her days to be in Canada to renew PR.
We tried to apply for travel document that was refused. We are appealing the decision. I got the following email. Knowing that my mom is 85 years old and speaks no english and not tech savvy. Can I reply to the following email and I ask that i represent her or that is not possible. Any suggestion or advice would be helpful.

I would like to book a scheduling conference for the appellant. These conferences are conducted when the appellant is not legally represented and are used to help navigate the appeal process. These conference are done using MS teams and will take approximately one hour.
Can you please advise whether the appellant has access to MS teams and whether she needs an interpreter for this conference?
