IMM5669 Sign your name - Need help

Hi All,
I need a help with form imm5669. Checklist say you have to sign your name in writing with handwritten signature. Does it mean.. I need to sign it like my usual signature or have to write my first name and last name?

Type your name - this will be your electronic signature.
sign as you usually do right next you the name - this will be your handwritten signature.

Yes. Again noting, 'electronic signature' in this context just means typing your name.
