I want to apply for study permit.
I had a provincial application (OID-Saskatchewan) before. registered on jan 2018.
I have been deemed ineligible by the Program Integrity Unit and I am suspended from the use of any SINP programs and services for two (2) years because they determined that misrepresentation has occurred in my application.
Finally the result of my application is: ineligible and they said that the suspension is for use of any SINP programs and services for two (2) years not ban of entry to Canada or any other request like study permit, It was just about SINP programs.
I should mention that I have a visitor visa (multi) right now.
Now I have 2 questions:
1) There may be a problem with a visitor visa to enter Canada ?
2) For applying study permit and to complete the IMM1294E form section Background Informaton 2b), what should I do? I should chose YES or NO? And if I chose YES it needs to provide the details. I should write because of inteligibility ? and this issue may cause any problem for my study permit request and its result in all process ?
Frankly, I should mention it or not? Can I chose NO ?
Please, anyone can help and inform me what is the correct answer ?
