Hi experts/seniors,

Since I'm signing on behalf of a minor (under 18), should I write my daughter's first and last name on that blank provided or should that be my name since I'll be signing it?

Also, can I sign for all the spaces where her signature is required? There is another form (IMM 1344) aside from this one (IMM 0008) that the applicant's signature is required. And how do I put it? Do I write "for" or "by" then print her name? Please help me on this. She is in my home country right now and I'm in Canada.
