Good evening All,
I'm trying to apply for extension of stay for mu mom and I have couple questions:

1. Current country of residence: The guide says check the box to indicate whether you have lived in any country other than your country of citizenship or your current country of residence for more than six (6) months in the past five (5) years

My mom came to Canada last year, but she left before 6 month period ended, then re-entered Canada again 2 month ago.

So should I put Canada as current country of residence? Although she is just visiting and never stayed here for 6 month in a row?
And if so, should I add information about her residence in country of citizenship?

Or I just list her original address and not mention Canada at all in this question?

2. Am I applying for:
•an extension of a temporary resident status
•an initial or extension of a temporary resident permit

3. Should I provide my NOA and issue a letter of invitation for her, although I'm not applying for grandparents visa?

Thank you a lot for your help

She was visiting for more than 6 months, not living.

If it is required then yes.
