- I feel like I am asking a new question on here every week.. So first thanks for being an amazing support to all of you in these difficult processes!
My question now is on how to fill out this IMM 5409 Common Law Declaration.
My partner and I have lived together for more than a year and have fairly substantial evidence of this (Mail sent to our address, common bank accounts and credit cards, electrical bills in both our names, holidays purchased together and so forth).
But we also have to upload this form as mentioned above. No problem here. Except I am not fully sure on who the notary public should be? We live in France (Paris), and I really have no clue on who to seek out this service with. Does anyone else here have experience with this or know how to fill it out correctly? Can i use any lawyer for this? Does it have to be someone specific?
