IMM 5406: Stepfather

Good morning all,

I just got a request from Vienna to fill in form 5406 again, i am assuming this is because my marital status has changed, but i do have another question.
Although my mother never remarried, she has been in a common law relationship for over 20 years.

Do i add my "Stepfather" on the application or not?

I would attach a letter stating your mother is living common-law and include the info about your stepfather. It can't hurt.
