IMM 0008 Question (p.2)

Im sponsoring my wife from China and she's filling out Page 2 of IMM0008 (the one with 3 blank photo spaces at the bottom).
She is putting my info on the first column, since im her 'family' member (spouse). But do I have to take immigration photos reserved for the bottom in my column? or are these photos required only for principal applicants?

i think,that place is for her family there in china(dependant children,,,spouse)but you are the sponsor,,if she doesnt have children,she must leave that empty and put down,not applicable,you have to read the guide very well,and you will understand what im talking about,,,i thought the same before,but i knew i was wrong,i just read the guid and i figured it out

I actually thought of that before but called an Agent at CIC call centre a few days back. The guy said that since I am her spouse and a member of 'Family Class' (..spouse, dependant children, partner, etc), I should be included in that section. I think the guy is wrong...

You don't even need to read the guide, it says right there at the top of the page:

"You must include your spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all of your dependent children, and those of your spouse or common-law partner, who are not already permanent residents or citizens of Canada."

Always double check what the call centre tells you.

I am agree with matthewc, I even double check the answer I get from this blog... you can come across a wrong answer here too as just richtea did.... 8)
