anything like his case has been send to CSIS or for deeper investigation? what do you think about his DM status before MR? this has been seen by many of the Indials and Pakistanis.


What qorax did by interpreting this CAIPS was simply amazing !
This guy has done monumental jobs for a lot of us.
Schmeichel, lawpoint or other farms would charge you at least $100 for that service of qorax.

Well, I think it is safe to say that, so far, my case has not been rejected! It is perplexing why several cases have gone in to DM before medicals, I wonder when this will be clarified!

I had ordered my CAIPS from lawpoint.ca, it was 12 pages and I posted them all. Interestingly, I was meant to receive the notes in early January and I was quite surprised to receive them this early. I have not received my medicals as yet and my E-Cas has been in Decision Made since October 2011 and my so called consultant's address has now disappeared from E-Cas. I hope that I receive my medical's request within the the first half of 2012, the only thing is that I submitted an update 2 weeks ago of a job change to neighboring Tanzania where I have been for this year! Thanks for all the support.

Well, in that case it might be one of these [I've written about it earlier too somewhere]:

1. This is a DM from one of the depts. of CIC, where your file might've moved in between & their task was completed. Yes, it's funny [never done before 2010], but we have noticed such DMs [since 2011] with many & they proceeded well in their imm. journey. Probably a new system on merging the CAIPS & FOSS.

2. This is a system glitch, of GCMS.

3. This is a rejection [though could be unlikely].

U need to wait for their written response, if any, before jumping into conclusions.

Trust me, I have spent practically the whole of 2011 praying for my medicals request! Many of us have been waiting more than 2 months for correspondence from CIC. I hope something comes through in January, I am just worried that my submission of updated information will further delay the processing of my case. In any case, I will update the forum as soon as any new development takes place.

I think caipsnotes.com gave u maximum 45 days limit otherwise give reminder to them.I used www.canadalawpoint.ca they told via email if they dont reply within 45 days with GCMS

To sum up, what is your feel of cases like mine after having ordered the CAIPS notes? It does not appear that the CAIPS notes have made much difference in determining what the next step will be!

its at halt. this is the sign that you have to wait.
I'd say try forgetting this PR visa thing for a while. come to the forum and read posts.
dont think about your case. it will just give you pain.

you will get your MR in due time. But I am quite amazed to see that there been no new BF'd date in your CAIPS since April;s( April was it??).

Dear Jnathan, Generally it happens when there is Dm before MR correspondence mail follows from VO having rejection letter.

But here we have people in this forum having DM since September 2011 with nothing in black & white from the VO

What to say about that ? I don't think CHC will take 4 months or more to send a rejection letter so most probably its an error like i pasted a response from CHC that my consultant had received.

It clearly said that E-CAS wrongly indicating Decision Made where as no decision had been made.

if rejection(GOD forbide) letter comes within two weeks i have a friend who got rej letter within two weeks after DM
