IELTS Test availability and Centers by partners

Hello All,

I just seen the test center schedules and it shows availability after a month through IELTS website.

Shall we also attend tests through partners like British counsil or others?

Please suggest also any advantage or disadvantage one over another?

There is no difference in where you take the test. By the way, there is no actual standalone "IELTS organization". It is run by the British Council and a few other partners.
