IELTS score almost meet the requirement

hello guys,

I've just got my ielts result, and i converted the scores to CLB using the official chart. This is what i got:

Reading: 8
Listening: 7
Speaker: 6
Writing: 6

And i'm in Skill A , NOC 2147 (Computer Programmer)

I know it said no more than two 6s to meet the mini-requirement. What if I still submit it with this score, is there a chance i would get pass?

Are they doing this strictly, or they do evaluate your job on how much english needed to handle the tasks?

They will reject your application. This means they wont' refund your fee.
So, you can spend $285 again, or spend $285+550 again. Up to you.

I guessed it right but somehow am not able to view the result online despite entering correct details. I tried this several times.

Make sure you enter all the info. I was just putting the mandatory fields and was getting nothing, then I tried all the fields and got to see my results. Make sure you fill every single box the way is shown in your passport. I also took the test on the 18th.
