IELTS expired on 1st dec 2014 new test on 13 Dec 2014

Hello All
I need an advice. I will get my ECA report on 6th Dec, 2014
My Ielts has expired on 1st Dec 2014, Test taken 1st Dec 2012 & result issued on 13 Dec 2012.
My new IELTS is scheduled on 13 Dec, 2014 but I am doubtful of getting it before 28-30th Dec, 2014.
So can I apply for FSW with the old result and a cover letter mentioning my new test date and request that I will resend the result as soon as I receive one.
Should I send my FSW application with older result and this request?

No - including a expired result with your application package will lead to an automatic rejection of your case.

Only option is to retake IELTS.

See if Express Entry is a possibility for you next year.

when do you consider an english exam to be expired? is it on the 2 yr period that the exam was taken or when the results came out?

ex: June 9, 2012 - test taken (written)

June 13, 2012 - speaking date schedule

June 21, 2012 - test result form
