IELTS and PCC

Dear friend,

I just wanted to know that if I m going to apply as skilled worker
from UK, do I need a fresh PCC from UK? Coz I had a PCC dated on June 2010.

Which IELTS I need ? I do have Academic with 7 bands but I have heard that
CIC required General IELTS.

hey buddy i have applied for a Uk PCC but during my stay in UK i had bought a phone just a day before i left uk permanently and since i have not settled the bill i just wanted to know that if this will effect my application for uk pcc.

General IELTS is a Must,
and PCC from all countries where you have lived for more than 6 months after reaching 18 years of age is strongly recommended to avoid any delays, but not must at CIO stage if it is late.

Where are you from originally and where do you live in UK.

If the Telecommunication company has filed a case against you. Then surely you wont receive the PCC.
Better to approach them through your relatives and friends. Clear the outstanding and keep the receipt safely until you are done with your job.
