IELTS 7,61%(7 backlogs),2years work Exp- PG Diploma or MS?

Hi All.....

@tiger,Thanks for your support for many outgoing students......Appreciate it...

I have a IELTS score with 7.0-with above 6 in all bands.Have 61% with 7 backlogs.Have 2+ years work Exp.

Please suggest me if I can apply to MS in Canada directly and get it? or Shoud I have to opt for PG Diploma?

Also I am thinking of applying to both canada and Australia simultaneously.

Can you suggest some universities with less tuition fee and require the 7 IELTS(good univs).

FYI : I have applied for 5 US universities and am in process of getting I20s and all for Spring 2013.
