IEC to PR status

Hi, just a quick question.
I am currently on an IEC work permit and have a temporary SIN which is still valid for the next few months. My PR has been approved so I was wondering when I flagpole if that will invalidate the IEC SIN as I will then be PR status. I'm just not sure if I will be able to work between flagpoling and getting my permanent SIN or if I will need to go to Service Canada immediately?

Temporary and your eventual permanent SINs will be linked.

Just continue to work on your temporary SIN, until you visit service Canada to get your new permanent SIN. Once you get the new one then update your employer. No need to stop working.
