identity card??

Hi everbody..
i have small question??
what they mean by identity card number in the application??
I am Yemeni and live in Saudi Arabia....I have Yemeni card number,and have Saudi card number, whuch number should i write??? the citizenship number or the residential number???
and i should sent copy to CIO??

But in EG7 guide they have asked to send a copy of the Identity card.

So i was under the impression that we need to send photo copies .

There is no problem if you send a copy.
If they get any unwanted photocopies, they just trash it.
