ICT - LMIA Exempt with less than one year exp.

I have an ICT - LMIA exempt but have only few months of "Canadian experience". But with the same firm I have 5 years of exp. in US (from where I moved to Canada).

Am I eligible for the 50 points?

a) Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada? No

b)Does XX have a valid work permit for the current job in Canada? Yes

c) Is XX's job offer from the employer named on the current work permit? Yes

d) Has XX been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?) --- Should this be Yes or No (with the Canadian firm less than one year, but with its US firm 5 years)

e) LMIA Exempt

why is there a doubt abou this ? Its a clear 'No' for you. And like Del said; you DO NOT qualify YET.
